Work process:
First, add the waste paper to the pulper and add water and transport it to the pulp storage tank. Use a mixer to stir the pulp in the pulp storage tank evenly and transport it to the pulp supply tank. Stir the pulp in the pulp supply tank to a certain concentration and transport it to the forming machine. If drying is required, The forming machine produces egg trays and sends them to the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt passes through the dryer to dry the egg trays, and finally collects and packages them. The equipped vacuum pump can pump the unused water in the molding machine to the return pool, and the return pool can transport water to the pulper and pulp storage tank so that the water can be recycled.

Work process:
1. The waste paper (cartons, books, newspapers, etc.) recycled in the market is transported to the pulper through a conveyor.
2. Put the raw materials into the pulping machine, add an appropriate amount of water and stir for a long time to turn the waste paper into pulp, then put it into the pulp storage tank for storage.
3. Put the pulp in the storage tank into the pulp mixing tank, adjust the pulp concentration in the pulp mixing tank, and further stir the white water in the return tank and the thick pulp in the storage tank through the homogenizer. After being adjusted into suitable pulp, it is put into the pulp supply tank to be used in the molding system. Use water to adjust the slurry concentration to 0.5%-1%.
4. Transport the prepared pulp to the pulp molding machine. After the mold is adsorbed, the transfer mold presses the air through the air compressor and blows the molded product from the forming mold to the rotary mold, and then sends it out from the transfer mold.
