Paper Pulp Molding Machines Working Principle
The working principle of the pulp forming machine can be divided into the following main steps:
1. Pulping: First, the waste paper or other pulp raw materials are crushed, soaked and processed to make it uniform and suitable for operation. In this link, the pulp raw materials are usually mixed with water by a pulper, and screened and impurities are removed to obtain pure and uniform pulp liquid.
2. Pulping and papermaking: In the trough, the pulp raw materials are mixed with water to form a slurry, and some auxiliary materials such as enhancers and dehydrators may be added to improve the fluidity and forming properties of the pulp. Then, the pulp is transported to the mold. The mold is a key component of the molding equipment, and its shape and size are designed according to product requirements. The pulp accumulates in the holes of the mold to form a thin film, which is the pulp adsorption process.
3. Drying and molding: The mold is then heated. The purpose of heating is to evaporate the water in the pulp, so that the fibers in the pulp are better connected together to form a solid structure. Heating can be done by steam or electric heating, which usually takes a certain amount of time to complete. When the water in the pulp is evaporated, the formation of the molded product is completed.
4. Collection and cooling: The mold moves to the collection area of the molded product, the molded product is taken out of the mold, and after cooling, the product can be packaged and sold.
