Workflow:
1. Chain plate feeder: The chain plate conveyor uses standard chain plates as the bearing surface, and is driven by a motor reducer. It runs in a special guide rail. 2. Vibrating sorting screen: The sorting screen product adopts a feeding surface in the form of blind plates and bars. The bar-type sorting screen is suitable for pre-screening before garbage sorting. The bar-type sorting screen is particularly suitable for use in garbage industries such as domestic garbage, construction garbage, and decoration garbage. 3. Cylinder sorting screen: The main structure of the cylinder sorting screen is the screening cylinder, which is composed of a number of circular screen holes. The whole is inclined with the ground plane, and the outside is sealed by a sealed isolation cover to prevent environmental pollution. The variable speed reduction system makes the screening drum rotate at a certain speed, and the materials are separated from top to bottom through the screening drum. Fine materials are discharged from the lower front end of the screening drum, and coarse materials are discharged from the lower end of the screening drum. During use, the cylindrical sorting screen runs slowly and evenly, with little impact vibration, stable operation, and simple installation.
4. Air separator: The air separator technology uses the organic combination of bounce sorting, gravity sorting and air sorting. It effectively separates bricks, tiles, stones, slag and light plastics. The air separator is mainly suitable for urban and rural domestic garbage. The air separator is a device that uses the principle of aerodynamics to classify materials,mainly separates materials of different densities in the garbage according to their weight to achieve the purpose of classified recycling and reuse. The air separator equipment has the characteristics of low power, low noise, large processing capacity, and high degree of automation.
