Production process:
Domestic waste needs to be physically treated harmlessly by recycling and sorting equipment. The domestic waste is fed into the coarse crushing feed hopper of the waste sorting pretreatment system. The materials are crushed while the bags are broken. The domestic waste crushed by the crusher is transported to the drum screen by the transfer belt conveyor. An iron remover is set on the belt conveyor to separate the magnetic materials contained in the crushed domestic waste. The material on the drum screen is transported to the wind separator, which separates the light and heavy materials. The light materials (paper, plastic combustibles) enter the secondary crusher, and the remaining materials are made into waste-derived fuel (RDF) fuel. It can effectively reclassify and recycle paper, plastic, metal, glass, organic matter, etc.
