The Working Principle Achieves Material Separation Through the Following Steps

Light substances are carried away from the machine by the airflow, and after being separated by a cyclone separator, they become exhaust gases in the exhaust system, while heavy substances are separated and reach the collection hopper in the lower area, becoming finished products of the air separator.

3. Waste gas treatment: Waste gas treatment is an important part of the operation of the air separator, mainly divided into treatment equipment such as filters, dust collectors, adsorption towers, etc. After passing through the treatment equipment, the emitted exhaust gas meets the national environmental protection standards and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

4. Finished product collection: Finished products are collected through a collection hopper and can be processed or packaged according to process requirements. This device is suitable for sorting solid waste with similar particle shapes and sizes, and sometimes it can also be crushed and screened before being subjected to wind sorting.
