Product introduction:
TONTEN machinery mobile construction waste crushing station is a new type of mobile crushing equipment, which integrates crushing and screening. The whole process runs smoothly, safely and reliably, and can be combined with a variety of equipment to meet different material needs. The mobile construction waste crushing station reasonably solves the current situation of construction waste siege, and reasonably processes construction waste into reusable construction aggregates. It is one of the important basic construction equipment in urban development.
Working principle:
The raw materials are directly fed into the silo by the loader, and then enter the vibrating feeder through the silo. The feeder evenly transports the materials to the crusher for construction waste treatment. The materials crushed by the construction waste crusher are sent to the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor and the iron remover; the crushed materials are screened into three types of materials by the vibrating screen: 0~10 mm materials are transported to the finished product yard through the belt conveyor. Wood and other debris are transported to the waste yard through the conveyor belt. Large materials are sent back to the crusher through the conveyor belt for further crushing.
