Introduction for foam granulator machine:
TONTEN foam granulator is mainly used to process and reuse discarded fast food boxes and home appliance packaging EPS foam, turning it into a renewable resource. This recycled granule can be used to make exterior wall insulation boards, various stationery, toys, electrical appliance shells, etc. Foam granulator (the whole set of equipment consists of three major parts: foam crusher, foam extruder, and granulator. It adopts a multi-machine linkage design and the entire production line operates automatically. The granulator converts plastic waste into uniform-sized particles through heating, compression, processing and other processes, which can be used to make new plastic products. By effectively using the granulator, plastic waste can be recycled and the demand for fresh raw materials can be reduced, thereby reducing environmental pollution and promoting sustainable development. The granulator has the advantage of high-efficiency production capacity. Its unique working principle and process enable the raw materials to be fully compressed and molded, greatly improving production efficiency.
The main components of the granulating production line are:
1. Foam crusher: The foam crusher is the first step to crush large pieces of waste foam. The purpose is to facilitate feeding and production. It uses a combination of moving knives and moving knives to automatically suck the foam into the machine cavity. It is a crushing equipment with good safety performance.
2. Fan: The foam granulator machine's fan is the feeding part. It sends the crushed foam to the melting machine in a closed environment, reducing air pollution, while liberating labor and doubling work efficiency.
3. Melting machine: The melting machine is the core component of the foam granulator production line. Its function is to melt the foam and draw wires.
4. Water tank: Cool the melted PS drawing material in water. This is an environmentally friendly and efficient cooling method, which is convenient for pelletizing.
5. Pelletizer: The pelletizer cuts the drawing material into plastic pellets for easy packaging, transportation, secondary use and storage.
