Main equipment of waste plastic recycling machine:
1.Crusher machine:wet crushing with water, which can cool the blades and wash the plastic in advance,special rotor structure design for different plastics like bottles or film,rotor with balance treatment for stability and low noise,easy operation to change blades or screen mesh,rotor with heat treatment for long lifespan.
2.Floating washer:bottom screw can process sludge,upper roller be inverter controlled,can use hot type washer to add chemical for washing
3.Screw conveyor:With water input to rub and wash the plastic scraps,special bearing structure to protect bearing from possible water leakage,dewatering screw type,hard tooth gear box which ensures long lifespan
4.Friction Washing:The bearing is externally connected with water cooling sleeve,Friction to clean the materials mechanically.
5.Dewatering Machine:The bearing is externally connected with water cooling sleeve,can effectively cool bearing.rotor with heat treatment for long lifespan,surface treatment with alloyrotor with balance treatment for stability
