Scrap metal recycling production line is mechanical equipment for crushing and recycling various scrap raw aluminum, aluminum alloy, scrap aluminum profiles, scrap broken bridge aluminum doors and windows. The application of metal crushers, especially for the crushing and transportation of scrap aluminum profiles, greatly improves the efficiency of scrap metal recycling.
Working principle:
Scrap metal is transported to the crusher and broken into smaller materials. The materials are dispersed by the vibrating feeder and evenly transported to the magnetic separator to separate the iron metal. The remaining materials enter the eddy current separator to separate non-ferrous metals and non-metals. This production line can effectively separate iron metals, non-ferrous metals and impurities.
