Hammer crusher strikes and crushes materials with high-speed rotating hammer head. Working principle:
The hammer crusher mainly includes rotor, hammer head, hammer frame, pin shaft, frame, crushing plate, screen plate and transmission parts. The hammer crusher mainly relies on impact energy to complete the material crushing operation. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammer head impacts the material to be crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself causes the material to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle and screen bar in the frame. The material larger than the screen hole size is retained on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size and finally discharged from the machine through the screen plate.
