Introduction:
The gantry shearing machine is mainly suitable for various heavy scraps, scrap steel, steel plates, copper plates, non-ferrous metals, nickel plates, stainless steel, square Steel, I-Channel, steel,aluminum alloys, etc. It is equipped with a conveying function to improve work efficiency. The gantry shearing machine has small inertia, low noise, smooth movement, flexible and simple operation, and a large shearing section. The cylinder piston rod and piston guide sleeve adopt the medium frequency quenching process, and the upper knife seat adopts the integral cast steel process, which is more solid and firm.
Features of gantry shears:
1. Electro-hydraulic control can realize inching and linkage automatic circulation. The hydraulic system is built into the frame, with a neat and stable appearance. Low oil pump displacement and low motor power make the equipment energy-saving and environmentally friendly during operation.
2. Pushing chute with pressure cover, can realize automatic feeding and material shearing
3. The shearing cylinder adopts ball joint connection, which increases the stability and timeliness of the cylinder, adds front plate guide device, and improves the stress condition of the whole machine
4. The front end of the cylinder rod adopts universal connection device to protect the cylinder rod from damage
5. The gantry shear is mainly composed of base, crossbeam, scissor seat, scissors, hydraulic system, etc. The gantry shear adopts a solid open structure with overall welding to ensure that the machine body has sufficient rigidity and provides convenient operating space. Independent filtering and cooling system, as well as large flow logic valve control, ensure the stable operation of the system.
