Features:
1. The shear blade is made of H13 steel, and blades of different materials can be customized according to user requirements. The slideway is made of wear-resistant material and is durable. The gantry shear has high power and fast speed, equipped with oil temperature cooling, and can operate continuously for a long time.
2. The hydraulic shearing gantry shear has a compact structure, the fuselage is welded into a box-shaped structure with steel plates, and the machine is fine and stable. 3. The working principle adopts hydraulic transmission and bidirectional cylinder drive. Through the automatic feeding box, the material is grabbed to the feeding box, and the waste material is automatically sent to the cutting edge by the conveyor belt. The feeding speed can be adjusted. The side extrusion cylinders on both sides of the feeding box can squeeze and shrink the waste material through the side extrusion cylinders, and then send it to the cutting edge through the conveyor table for cutting. The size of the cutting edge can be arbitrarily controlled according to the size of the material to be cut.
