Gantry Hydraulic Metal Shears Machine Scrap Iron Vertical Shearing Machine
Working principle of gantry shearing machine:
Use a steel grabber or forklift to add the scrap steel to be sheared into the gantry shearing machine material box, the piston of the side pressure cylinder drives the side pressure slider to return to the position, the push cylinder drives the push slider to return to the position, the door cover cylinder drives the door cover to open to the position, the pressing cylinder and the shearing cylinder drive the pressing block and the scissors to descend to the position, and the material box is emptied and opened. The piston of the side pressure cylinder pushes the side pressure slider forward to form a lateral squeezing force on the scrap steel; the material cylinder pushes the slider to push the strip scrap steel in the material box forward, and the pressing cylinder and the shearing cylinder drive the piston to rise, lifting the pressing block and the scissors. The pushing cylinder continues to push the material forward to reach the preset length, the pistons of the pressing cylinder and the shearing cylinder descend, the pressing block presses the scrap steel, and the shearing knife cuts the scrap steel.
