Product introduction:
Eddy current separator is mainly used for sorting nonferrous metals in industrial and domestic waste. It is widely used in electronic waste treatment, domestic waste sorting, scrap car dismantling and recycling, scrap electrical appliance recycling, industrial slag recycling and material processing in nonferrous metal processing industry, waste copper (aluminum) power cables, aluminum products, automobile waste, non-ferrous metal fragments, circuit board crushed materials, non-ferrous metal glass slag, electronic waste, multi-metal (copper, aluminum, zinc) mixture, metal slag after garbage burning, plastic and metal mixture, etc.The complete set of equipment consists of two parts: control and main body; the main body mainly includes frame, motor, distributor, sorting assembly (core component of the equipment), permanent magnet roller, conveyor belt, conveyor drive roller, reducer, protective cover, etc.
Features of eddy current separator:

3. The self-developed magnetic system arrangement method improves the metal induction throwing force and increases the separation accuracy.
