Product Introduction
A debris separator, also known as a butterfly screen or roller screen, is a device that screens materials that meet the size and specifications based on the rolling of the disc. It can also adjust the gaps between the discs to separate materials of different sizes, and is widely used in various industries such as garbage and mineral separation.
Working Principle
The debris separator is used to separate materials smaller than the specified size. It is equipped with evenly distributed rotating shafts, which are driven by the driving equipment to rotate. After the materials enter the equipment, materials larger than the specified size will be transported from above the screening plate to the next process. Materials smaller than the specified size will fall into the collection belt below from the gap and be transported out of the equipment by the collection belt. In addition, the debris separator can also be equipped with multiple fans, greatly improving the separation efficiency of light materials.
