Product Description:
The appearance of the rotary kiln is similar to that of a rotary bed. Rotary kilns can be divided into cement kilns, metallurgical chemical kilns and lime kilns according to the materials they process. Cement kilns are mainly used to calcine cement clinker, and are divided into two categories: dry-process cement kilns and wet-process cement kilns. Metallurgical chemical kilns are mainly used in the metallurgical industry for magnetization roasting of lean iron ore in steel plants; oxidation roasting of chromium and nickel iron ores; roasting of high-alumina vanadium ore in refractory plants and roasting of clinker and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum plants; and roasting of chromium ore sand and chromium ore powder in chemical plants. Lime kilns (i.e., active lime kilns) are used to roast active lime and light-burned dolomite for use in steel plants and ferroalloy plants.

Applications:
1. In the building materials industry, rotary kilns are used to calcine clay, limestone, and dry slag in addition to cement clinker; in the production of refractory materials, rotary kilns are used to calcine raw materials to stabilize their size, increase their strength, and then process them into shape.
2. In the ore dressing process, rotary kilns are used to magnetize and roast lean iron ore to change the original weak magnetism of the ore into strong magnetism, which is conducive to magnetic separation.
3. In the chemical industry, rotary kilns produce soda, calcine phosphate fertilizers, barium sulfide, etc. This method has the advantages of low energy consumption and low electricity consumption.
