Cement Rotary Kiln Production Line Solid Waste Ceramsite Rotary Kiln
Product Description:
The rotary kiln is a horizontal cylinder lined with corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant refractory materials. It is placed horizontally with a slight inclination. Through the overall rotation of the furnace body, uniform mixing is achieved and the kiln moves toward the discharge end along the inclination angle. The burning rate of solid waste in this rotary incineration method will be much higher than that of the traditional reciprocating grate structure, and the operation is stable and the faults are low. The entire furnace is divided into several stages such as drying, pyrolysis, and oxidation incineration, which is conducive to promoting the mixing and contact of flue gas and waste and increasing combustion efficiency.
Features:
1. There is no air leakage in the rotary kiln, which solves the difficulty of sealing.
2. The cylinder body is made of steel, which has the characteristics of high hardness and high toughness.
3. The surface of the rotary kiln has been treated with plastic spraying technology, making the product surface smooth and beautiful, without burrs.
4. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and can use high-temperature hot air to dry materials quickly. It has strong overload resistance and the cylinder runs smoothly.
5. The rotary kiln has large processing capacity, low fuel consumption and low cost.
Rotary kiln process flow:
1. First, the raw materials are screened. The raw materials need to go through processes such as crushing and grinding.
2. The mixed raw materials are sent to the powder preparation system, and after drying, grinding and other processes, powder that meets the requirements is prepared.
3. The powder is calcined through the rotary kiln and chemically reacts with oxygen at high temperature to generate the required minerals.
4. The calcined clinker needs to go through a cooling stage, usually using air cooling or water cooling. This step ensures the quality and performance of the clinker.
5. Clinker transportation and storage: The cooled clinker is transported to the storage system for storage or further processing as needed.
6. Waste gas treatment: The waste gas generated in the rotary kiln process needs to be treated to reduce the impact on the environment.
