The Working Principle of Rotary Kiln
After the wet material is put into the dryer from one end, the material is evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under the flip of the sheet cutter distributed in the inner cylinder, and is fully in contact with the hot air of the parallel flow (countercurrent), which speeds up the drying heat transfer and transmits to the driving force. During the drying process, the material can be moved to another star-shaped discharge valve of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined sheet and the hot air flow.

3. Drying of powder and granular materials with special requirements, such as :HP foaming agent, lees residue, light calcium carbonate, active clay, magnetic powder, graphite, pharmaceutical residue.
4. Materials requiring low temperature drying and continuous drying in large quantities.
The kiln body of rotary kiln is welded or riveted by steel plate, it is inclined to a certain Angle with the level, the kiln tail is high, the kiln head is low, in order to allow the material to move forward under the action of the tilt force, at the same time, in order for the material to be fully calcined in the kiln body, the kiln body can rotate freely. The interior is lined with firebrick to protect the simplified parts and reduce heat loss. The kiln head cover and the kiln tail lining are lined with refractory materials, and the connection between the kiln and the cylinder is provided with a sealing device to avoid unnecessary heat loss. The rotary kiln head has a coal injection device, the coal mill grinds the coal fine, the fine coal is transmitted to the coal injection device by a special conveying equipment, and then injected into the rotary device to burn, so as to provide heat to the rotary device, the heat is the main source of the heat of the whole rotary dense.
