Introduction:

Main equipment:
The main equipment of the kiln includes a feeding mechanism, distributor, air supply device, combustion device, ash unloading device, etc. The distribution of the mixed-burning lime kiln is very important, because when the fuel and limestone are loaded into the kiln at the same time, the furnace material is distributed through the distribution Reasonable distribution in the kiln eliminates the furnace wall effect, balances the resistance in the furnace, and strives to achieve uniform "heating" across the entire furnace section. Therefore, the form and use effect of the distributor have a great impact on the production efficiency of the lime kiln.
Cement production line workflow:
1. Preparation and homogenization of raw meal: natural limestone, clay and raw materials are crushed in a jaw crusher and mixed in proportion, and then ground in a ball mill to prepare raw meal with appropriate composition and uniform quality;
2. Pulverized coal preparation: The coal required for calcining cement raw materials must be prepared into pulverized coal to provide the particle size required for pulverized coal combustion so as to facilitate full combustion and obtain combustion reaction capabilities. In this process, pulverized coal can be directly added, and equipment such as jaw crushers and ball mills will be used for processing.
3. Clinker calcination: Lime raw meal is calcined in a rotary kiln until partially melted to obtain lime clinker.
4. Cement grinding: Add an appropriate amount of gypsum, mixed materials or additives to the clinker and grind it into cement, which is then packaged and shipped.
