Tunnel Kiln Thermal Equipment Brick Production Line Gas Furnace
Introduction to tunnel kiln:
Tunnel kiln is an important process in the production of refractory materials, ceramics and other products. It has a great impact on the output and quality of the products. Tunnel kiln has large production capacity, low fuel consumption, long service life, high degree of mechanization and automation, and good working conditions.
Brick factory tunnel kiln production process:
Raw material preparation: The raw materials of the brick factory tunnel kiln mainly include clay, coal powder and water. The first is clay selection and proportioning. According to the type and requirements of the brick, the appropriate clay should be selected and proportioned to ensure the plasticity and stability of the clay. At the same time, according to the requirements of the firing temperature and coal powder content, the appropriate coal powder should be selected, and an appropriate amount of coal powder should be added to the clay to improve the combustion performance of the brick. Finally, the clay and coal powder are added to the water and fully mixed to form a clay paste.
Then comes the molding process. The prepared clay paste is formed into bricks by extrusion or compression molding. Extrusion molding is to extrude the clay paste through an extruder, which has fast molding and high output. Compression molding is to put the clay paste into a mold, and after pressure and vibration molding, the molding quality is good. The bricks after molding should be properly maintained to ensure their strength and stability.
Firing process. The bricks are placed in the preheating area and preheated at a certain temperature to slowly evaporate the water inside the bricks. Then it enters the combustion zone, where the bricks are burned at high temperatures. The coal powder reacts with oxygen to generate CO2 and water vapor. The heat generated by the combustion allows the bricks to reach the required sintering temperature. At high temperatures, the clay particles in the bricks react chemically to form a cementing phase for the bricks, making them strong. Finally, it enters the cooling zone, where the temperature of the bricks is reduced and they reach their final maturity. Finally, they are cooled and packaged. The fired bricks enter the cooling zone, where the temperature of the bricks is gradually reduced through ventilation and cooling. After the bricks cool to room temperature, they are packaged and packaged, and then they can be shipped out for sale.
