Product introduction:
The vertical kiln of the lime kiln can be continuously calcined. The vertical kiln is composed of an upper distribution section, a middle calcining section, a lower rotary discharge section and a transmission section. It has a steel shell structure. The kiln is double-layered with high-aluminum refractory bricks and clay refractory bricks. For construction, lightweight heat-resistant concrete is cast between the masonry and the steel shell, especially in the high-temperature calcining zone, the kiln lining and the lightweight heat-resistant concrete casting layer are lined with aluminum silicate heat-resistant fiber felt to further improve the thermal insulation effect. Reduce the coal blending ratio to save energy. Combined with the numerous air vents on the unloading tower, it provides even ventilation and even calcination, which increases the activity of the finished lime and ensures smooth transmission.
Working principle:
The qualified raw materials and solid fuel are mixed evenly according to the proportion and then sent to the vertical kiln for calcination through a single bucket elevator. The calcined finished product is discharged from the bottom of the vertical kiln through the discharging device to the conveyor, and the conveyor sends the finished product to the finished product warehouse. . The hot flue gas generated by calcination is discharged into the atmosphere after being purified by the dust removal system.
Advantages:
