Product introduction:
The lime shaft kiln is used to calcine limestone and is the most important equipment in the lime production line.
Due to its advantages of low energy consumption, small footprint, low investment, and wide fuel applicability, it is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, calcium carbide, nano calcium carbonate, aerated concrete and other industries.mainly composed of cyclone tube, air pipe, discharge pipe, decomposing furnace, lock air valve, spreader plate, inner tube hanging sheet, decomposing furnace and feeding room.The main function of the shaft kiln is to make full use of the thermal enthalpy of the raw materials in the discharged hot air flow, preheat and decompose part of the carbonate, and then enter the shaft kiln to continue heating and decomposing to complete the calcination of the clinker.
