Introduction for grain dryer:
Grain dryer equipment is new type of continuous grain drying technology that fully combines downstream drying, segmented differential slow cooling and cross-flow cooling according to the characteristics of grain drying. According to the internal temperature and moisture distribution of grain, downstream drying and differential slow cooling are used alternately, low temperature and large air volume are used for uniform drying, and a short slow cooling section is designed in the middle to make the grain inside and outside have a reasonable moisture and heat balance. After the grain is dried, the moisture is uniform, the grain cracking rate is reduced, the quality after drying is guaranteed, and the drying efficiency is improved. A long slow cooling section is set at the bottom of the small grain dryer to make the slow cooling and drying time of the grain have a suitable ratio, further ensuring the quality of the grain after drying.
