Working Principle of Roller Dryer
The working principle of Roller Dryeris that it consists of a rotating body, a transmission device, a support, etc. The drum is slightly inclined to the horizontal plane. The material enters the drum from a slightly higher feed port, and the high temperature in the drum also flows in. The special structure of the lifting plate in the drum brings the material to a high place and then throws it down again. At the moment of falling, it exchanges heat with the high-humidity air to increase the contact surface between the material and the air, so as to promote the rapid drying of the material. The finished material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom, thus completing the operation process of the equipment.
