The high-temperature heat pump dryer uses the reverse Carnot principle to absorb heat from the surrounding environment and transfer it to the heated object (the object with a higher temperature). Its working principle is opposite to that of the refrigerator. Both work according to the reverse Carnot cycle principle. The difference between the two is that the former increases the temperature while the latter decreases the temperature.
Working principle:
The dryer mainly consists of four parts: finned evaporator (outdoor unit), compressor, finned condenser (indoor unit) and expansion valve. The refrigerant is continuously allowed to complete the thermodynamic cycle of evaporation (absorbing heat from the outdoor environment) → compression → condensation (releasing heat in the indoor drying room) → throttling → re-evaporation, thereby transferring the heat from the external low-temperature environment to the drying room. The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the gaseous pressure and temperature increase process in the compressor, enters the indoor unit to release high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room, and is cooled and converted into a liquid state. When it runs to the outdoor unit, the liquid quickly absorbs heat and evaporates and is converted into a gaseous state again. At the same time, the temperature can drop to -20℃~-30℃. At this time, the air around the heat absorber will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant. When the high-temperature heat pump drying unit is working, like ordinary air conditioners and heat pump units, it absorbs energy QA from the low-temperature ambient medium in the evaporator: it consumes part of the energy itself, that is, the power consumption of the compressor QB: it releases heat QC in the condenser through the working fluid circulation system, QC=QA+QB. The heating efficiency of the high-temperature heat pump drying unit is much greater than that of other heating equipment. It can be seen that the use of high-temperature heat pump drying unit as a drying device can save energy, and at the same time reduce the emission of pollutants such as CO2, achieving the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
