Product introduction:
Automatic weighing and packaging machines are divided into double-bucket packaging scales and single-bucket packaging scales. It adopts an integrated structure, with the characteristics of low scale height, compact structure, high efficiency, easy installation and convenient maintenance. The automatic weighing and packaging machine is used for granular rice, grain beans, fertilizers, feed, plastic granules, corn, peanuts, soybeans, wheat, melon seeds, rapeseed, plastic granules, rubber, powder, etc.
Working principle:
The weighing control system opens the feeding door and starts feeding. When the material weight reaches the fast feeding setting value, the fast feeding is stopped and the slow feeding is maintained. When the material weight reaches the final setting value, the feeding door is closed to complete the dynamic weighing process. At this time, the system detects whether the bag clamping device is in the predetermined state. When the packaging bag is clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the discharge door of the weighing hopper, and the material enters the packaging bag. After the material is put out, the discharge door of the weighing hopper is automatically closed. After the material is unloaded, the bag clamping device is released, and the packaging bag falls automatically.
