Hydraulic Baler Machine Product Description
1.Upgraded storage wire trays: There are multiple storage wire trays on both sides of the machine, which facilitates the placement of wires required for packaging after compression, effectively saving operating space.
2.Hydraulic power rope threading device: Each fully automatic horizontal baler is equipped with a hydraulic rope threading device. After the iron wire is placed and operated, the automatic rope threading effect can be achieved.
3.Automatic chain rope tying device: Fully automatic horizontal balers are equipped with chain rope tying devices. The rope twisting hook on the other side is made of laser cutting. The surface is smooth and does not scratch the rope, making the packaging smoother.
4.Brand high-pressure plunger pump: Jinda high-pressure plunger pump, high efficiency, low noise, high quality. The flow-passing part from the inlet to the outlet of the pump is made of cast iron. The pump body is non-corrosive and wear-resistant to hydraulic oily media.
5.PLC LCD display console: The electrical box is manufactured by China People's Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd. It is simple and convenient to operate and can also be controlled remotely. You can choose the control method according to your own habits.
6.Hydraulic power clamp: Each side of the bag outlet is equipped with a hydraulic power clamp. It is powerful and can easily adjust the size of the bag outlet according to different materials.
7.Four-layer steel wire high-pressure oil pipes: They are all made of four-layer steel wire high-pressure oil pipes, with high wear-resistant density and thick wall pipes. Make sure there is no oil spray or oil leakage during work.
8.Manganese steel serrated cutting knife:Each machine is equipped with a manganese steel zigzag cutting blade with a sharp edge, which has good cutting performance and no jamming, making the compression work smoother.
Hydraulic Baler Machine Features
1. All models are hydraulically driven. Manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected.
2. No foot screws are required for installation, and a diesel engine can be used as power in areas without power supply.
3. There are two ways to deliver the bag: turning the bag and pushing the bag.
4. There are eight levels of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons, and production efficiency from 0.5 tons/hour to 20 tons/hour.
5. The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the bales can be designed and customized according to the user's raw material specifications.
