Hydraulic briquetting machines are widely used in waste steel bars, iron, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, waste cartons, cans, oil drums, iron scraps, textiles, copper wires, waste scraps, woven bags, paint buckets, plastic films, plastic bottles, crops, etc. Hydraulic briquetting machines have high production efficiency, relatively low cost, and good product size accuracy.
Main components of hydraulic briquetting machines:
Compressor: This is the core component of the machine, responsible for applying pressure to metal materials to complete the pressing process. The compressor can be hydraulic, mechanical or electric.
Mold: The mold is a key component that determines the shape and size of the final product. Different metal materials and products require molds of different designs. The mold is usually made of high-hardness steel.
Silo and feeding system: Used to store the metal materials to be processed and transport them to the mold in an orderly manner for pressing.
Discharging system: Responsible for taking out the pressed metal blocks or sheets from the mold and conveying or stacking them.
