Product introduction:

Working principle:
The hydraulic system is the core part of the hydraulic briquetting machine, which consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic cylinder and pipelines. When the hydraulic system pushes the piston, it will drive the briquetting template and the briquetting piston to move together, compressing the loose materials into blocks, and fix them with the briquetting frame. Put the adjusted raw materials into the machine feed port, start the control rocker, squeeze the raw materials, the main hydraulic cylinder pushes and compacts the raw materials first, and the side hydraulic cylinder pushes and compacts them again. The pressed material is in the shape you want and is pushed out from the discharge port.The volume of the processed materials is consistent and meets the packaging standards.
