Coconut Shell Sawdust Carbonization Furnace Continuous Charcoal Making
Introduction for continuous carbonization furnace:
TONTEN machinery continuous carbonization furnace uses carbonization flue gas to purify and convert it into combustible gas generated by combustion itself, which is recycled and can be produced continuously for 24 hours. It is suitable for sawdust, wood chips, bagasse, coffee grounds, bamboo, coconut shells, cherry shells, date shells, walnut shells, apricot shells, peanut shells, rice husks, cotton stalks, straw, etc. The continuous carbonization furnace burns materials through the main combustion chamber. The flue gas generated by the material combustion is separated into wood tar and wood acid liquid through the flue gas purification system to obtain pure combustible gas, which is then fully burned through the self-contained air burner to heat the high-temperature carbonization tube, so that the heat energy of the machine can continue to operate, achieving smoke-free, environmentally friendly and sustainable effects.
Working principle of continuous carbonization furnace:
The continuous carbonization furnace is based on pyrolysis technology. The biomass material is decomposed into combustible gas, wood vinegar and charcoal by continuous heating in an oxygen-deficient environment. In this process, the biomass material undergoes three stages: drying, pyrolysis and cooling. When processing coconut shells, the continuous carbonization furnace first removes moisture from the coconut shells through the preheating and drying stages to prepare for the subsequent pyrolysis reaction. Then, the coconut shells enter the pyrolysis area and decompose under high temperature and oxygen-deficient conditions to produce charcoal, combustible gas and other products. In this process, the continuous carbonization furnace can accurately control the temperature and duration to ensure that the organic matter in the coconut shells is effectively decomposed. The processed coconut shell activated carbon has the characteristics of large porosity, strong adsorption capacity and good chemical stability.
