Horizontal carbonization furnace is device used for carbonization of organic materials. It adopts horizontal layout design and usually composed of a carbonization chamber, a heating system, an exhaust system and a control system. TONTEN horizontal charcoal carbonization furnace is an internal heating carbonization furnace that can carbonize a variety of raw materials, such as wood, bamboo, coconut shells, palm shells, branches and other large materials. Because is internal heating type, the high-temperature flue gas generated after the carbonization flue gas is fully burned in the flue gas incineration chamber and the flue gas channel is used to drive carbonization furnace, and no energy is required during carbonization process. Put it into carbonization chamber, then provide enough heat through heating system to make material undergo carbonization reaction in a relatively closed environment. finally be converted into biochar or charcoal with a high carbon content.
Features:
1. Furnace door is designed formed in one step, using packing of boiler to block air from entering,better carry out carbonization and achieve higher carbonization rate.
2. Carbonization furnace has three-layer design, and thick insulation cotton layer in middle effectively control temperature and prevent heat from dissipating quickly.
