Product Description:
The waste tire rubber crushing and recycling production line is an equipment used to process waste tires and rubber and convert them into reusable rubber powder.
Working Principle:
1. Waste tires are first pre-shredded by a dual-shaft shredder to shred the tires into 50-300mm pieces.
2. The fragments are transported to the crusher through the return system for secondary crushing to further crush the tires and separate the steel wires.
3. The steel wire separator completely separates the tire rubber from the steel wire, and the magnetic separator separates the steel wire from the rubber.
4. The crusher further crushes the rubber, and the size of the rubber can be controlled by changing the screen.
5. The vibrating screen screens rubber of different sizes, and larger rubber particles are sent back to the crusher for further crushing.
6. Rubber of suitable size passes through vibrating screen and separator to separate part of the fiber.
7. The sorting machine can separate fiber materials from rubber particles, and at the same time separate the remaining steel wires through the magnetic separator.
8. The central dust removal device collects dust and fibers generated during the tire cord crushing process through the air pipe.
