Main equipment:
1. Single/double hook tire wire separator: This machine is used to separate the wire from the tire to reduce subsequent mechanical wear. The motor is directly connected to the reducer, and the transmission efficiency is high.
2. Cut the tire into small pieces to accelerate the next step of shredding
3. Tire shredder: Shred the tire blocks into small pieces with a diameter of 30-50 mm
4. Rubber crusher: The rubber crusher is used to grind small pieces into rubber powder, and the final product diameter can reach: 10-40 mesh,without wire and fiber.
