Recycling line composition and production process:
TONTEN machinery tire rubber shreder recycling machine production line effectively realizes the automatic separation of rubber, steel wire, nylon fiber and other materials. The tire rubber crushing and recycling production line consists of a waste tire ring cutting machine, a wire drawing machine, a strip cutting machine, a rubber tearing machine, a steel wire separator, and a magnetic separator. The steel wire tire is cut from the tire cutter, and the upper and outer sides of the tire are cut into strips by the strip cutting machine. The rubber strips are then cut into 3 cm square blocks by the rubber block cutting machine. The cut rubber blocks enter the crusher and are crushed into 2-100 mesh particles. Then the spiral feeder enters the magnetic separator to separate the crushed steel wire and rubber. The rubber particles automatically enter the grinding machine, and then screen, automatically feed-stop and automatically produce the rubber powder required by customers.

6. Rubber crusher: Adapt to different types of materials and different coarse crushing hardness. The fineness of the finished particles is controlled by the screen. You only need to replace the screen to get the finished particles of the required fineness. The machine is equipped with an air-cooled dust removal system,Provide enough power to pass through the tire and thick steel balls. The specifications depend on the tire type.
