Structural composition:

Working principle of small portable jaw crusher machine:
Feeding: The material enters the TONTEN jaw crushing chamber through the feed port.
Crushing process: The motor drives the movable jaw plate to move up and down. When the movable jaw plate moves downward, the material is compressed and crushed; when the movable jaw plate moves upward, the crushed material is discharged through the discharge port.
Discharging: The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port to reach the required particle size. The discharge particle size can also be adjusted according to customer requirements.
Circulation process: The equipment continues to work, and the material is continuously fed, crushed and discharged, forming a cycle, which greatly improves production efficiency and saves manual transmission.
