Workflow:

Feed: Solid waste is first sent to the double shaft shredder machine through the conveying system.

Shredding: The blades or shredding devices inside the shredder machine tear waste into smaller pieces. The cutting tools in the knife box crush solid waste through principles such as cutting, squeezing, and tearing. During the tearing process, a strong impact force is generated between the blade and the material, causing the material to break into small pieces.

Discharge: The discharge is transported to the discharge bin through the conveying system or directly discharged into the finished product through the bottom discharge port of the double shaft shredder machine.
