Configuration of waste plastic recycling production line:
1. Feeding system: conveyor belt, which transports waste plastic bottles from the collection point to the subsequent processing equipment.
2. Label remover: removes labels on plastic bottles, usually using water jets, high-temperature steam and other methods.
3. Cleaning system: rinse tank, removes dirt and residues on the surface of plastic bottles to ensure cleanliness.
4. Crushing system: single-shaft crusher, double-shaft crusher or plastic crusher, crushes the cleaned plastic bottles into small pieces for subsequent processing.
5. Screening system: vibrating screen, screens the crushed plastic and separates particles of different specifications.
6. Sorting system: air separator / magnetic separator, separates metal impurities and other plastics of different materials to ensure the purity of the material.
7. Cleaning system (second time): water washing tank, cleans the screened plastic particles again to remove residual impurities.
8. Drying system: dryer, dries the cleaned plastic particles to prepare for subsequent melt granulation or packaging process.
