Metal crushers consist of the following main parts:

Working principle:
The metal material to be crushed is fed into the crusher through the feed port. The motor drives the cutter or hammer to rotate at high speed, and a strong impact, shearing and friction effect is generated between the cutter and the metal material, which quickly breaks the metal material into small pieces. The crushed metal fragments are discharged through the discharge port, which is usually equipped with a screen to control the size of the discharge particles. Small pieces of metal materials can be further processed, such as for smelting or reprocessing.
