Aggregate Gravel Sand Washing Machine Plant Scrubber Washing Machine
Working principle:
1. Feeding: The sand and gravel to be washed are transported to the feed port of the wheel sand washing machine through the feeding hopper, conveyor, belt conveyor, forklift and other equipment.
2. Mixing: After feeding, the wheel sand washing machine starts the mixing device, and the sand and gravel are continuously mixed and rolled by the rotating wheel, so that they are fully rubbed in the machine, thereby removing dirt, mud and other impurities adhering to the sand and gravel.
3. Flushing: While stirring, the wheel sand washing machine will continuously inject clean water into the sand and gravel through the water spraying device. The injected clean water will flow along the direction of the rotating wheel and the stirring sand and gravel, thereby washing out the dirt, mud and other impurities generated during the mixing process.
4. Separation: During the flushing process, the washed dirt, mud and other impurities will be relatively deposited at the bottom of the wheel sand washing machine. At the same time, due to the different weights and sizes of different particles, the clean sand and gravel will be washed out of the machine. In this way, the purpose of separating impurities and sand and gravel can be achieved through the operation of the wheel sand washing machine.
5. Slag discharge: The separated dirt, mud and other impurities will be discharged from the wheel sand washing machine through the slag port at the bottom for cleaning and disposal of waste slag.
