Recyling line composition and functions:
1. Feed conveyor: responsible for conveying collected waste tires to the subsequent processing link in an orderly manner,can smoothly and efficiently convey tires of different sizes and weights to ensure a stable material supply for the entire production line.
2. Tire cutting equipment: Use powerful knives to cut waste tires into suitable blocks or strips for subsequent further crushing and other operations. There are two common methods: disc knife cutting and chain cutting,while the chain cutting is more suitable for processing larger tires and has a faster cutting speed.
3. Tire disassembler: used to separate different parts of the tire, such as the tread, sidewall and carcass. The mechanical force, thermal force and other principles can be used to make the subsequent processing of each part more targeted. For example, the tread rubber can be extracted from the recycled rubber, while the steel wire and other parts can be recycled separately.
4. Coarse crusher: The pre-treated tire is crushed for the first time. Usually, a double-shaft or three-shaft crusher is used. The meshing cutters are used to crush the tire blocks into particles with strong shearing and tearing forces.
5. Fine crusher: Further refine coarsely crushed tire particles. Hammer crushers and impact crushers are more commonly used in this link. They can crush the materials to a smaller size, such as a particle size of about 10-20 mm, to ensure better separation of rubber, steel wire and other components, and also facilitate subsequent processing.
6. Vibrating screen: Relying on the exciting force generated by the vibration motor, the crushed materials are made to move in a directional jumping manner on the screen surface, and are screened according to different particle sizes. The qualified particle size materials are screened out and transported to the next process, and the unqualified ones are returned to the corresponding crusher for further crushing to ensure that the particle size of the materials entering the subsequent process is uniform.
7. Magnetic separation device: Since waste tires often contain metal components such as steel wire, the magnetic separation device uses the magnetic field to absorb and separate the metal part of the crushed material, thereby effectively separating rubber from metal. The separated steel wire can be recycled as scrap steel, which has a high economic value.
8. Air separation equipment: Based on the differences in the density and aerodynamic characteristics of the material, the lighter rubber powder, fiber, etc. are further separated from the heavier impurities through the airflow, thereby improving the purity of the recycled rubber and ensuring the quality of subsequent recycled rubber production.
9. Baler: Bale the finished recycled rubber, rubber particles, separated steel wire, etc., and use hydraulic or mechanical compaction methods to compress the materials into regular blocks or bundles.
