Description:
Plastic recycling production line is an automated equipment used to sort, recycle, remove labels, clean, crush, hot wash and dry waste plastics (such as PET, HDPE, PP, etc.). It can convert waste plastics into reusable plastic particles, which are widely used in packaging, textile, construction and other industries. The plastic recycling production line can flexibly configure equipment according to demand. Compared with the production of new plastics, the cost of recycled plastics is lower, and the recycled plastic particles produced can be used to manufacture a variety of plastic products.
Working principle:
TONTEN Machinery waste plastic crushing, cleaning and recycling production line mainly includes the crushing, cleaning, dehydration and drying of waste plastics, and sorting of miscellaneous materials. First, the collected waste plastics are pre-selected, crushed into small pieces with water, and then washed with high-speed friction to remove paper labels from the raw materials. Then, the materials are rinsed with clean water to separate impurities. The rinsed materials are then dehydrated and dried, and the plastic sheets are separated by air separation. The PP sheets that are thoroughly sorted and cleaned can be directly used as engineering raw materials to make particles for recycling.
