Description of waste plastic recycling production line:
The waste plastic recycling production line is dedicated to processing waste plastics such as PET, PP, PE, HDPE and LDPE. It can efficiently clean and recycle plastic materials, contributing to environmental protection and resource reuse.
The entire plastic recycling and cleaning line consists of multiple links to form a complete workflow to ensure efficient and consistent cleaning, sorting and recycling effects.
Materials and finished products:
Material: The processed plastic float can be converted into clean plastic flakes.
Flake size: The standard size is 8-18mm, 6-10mm, and can also be customized according to customer needs.
Workflow:
1. Material conveying: Waste plastics are fed into the crusher through conveying equipment to ensure that the materials enter the subsequent processing link evenly.
2. Label removal: Equipment specifically used to remove labels from the surface of plastic bottles, widely used in the plastic recycling industry. It helps companies reduce the impact of labels on the reuse of plastic bottles during recycling and reprocessing in an efficient and fast way, and improve the quality of recycled materials.
3. Crushing: Plastic materials are broken into small particles in the crusher for subsequent cleaning.
4. Friction cleaning and loading: The crushed plastic particles are friction cleaned to remove surface dirt and loaded at the same time, ready to enter the flotation cleaning stage.
5. Flotation washing: In the flotation cleaning tank, the plastic particles are separated from the water through flotation technology to further remove impurities.
6. Second flotation washing: The second flotation washing is carried out to ensure that the plastic material reaches a higher cleaning standard and removes residual contaminants.
7. Lifting and dryer: The cleaned plastic particles are sent to the dryer through the lifting system to remove moisture, and finally obtain dry plastic flakes, ready for subsequent processing or sales.
