Equipment description:
The shaftless drum screen drum is supported on the frame by rollers or support wheels. The rollers are made of high-strength cast iron or steel pipes, and the surface is treated with wear resistance to withstand the weight of the drum and the radial force during rotation. The support device is usually equipped with an inclination adjustment mechanism. By adjusting the inclination of the drum, the residence time and forward speed of the material in the drum are changed, thereby optimizing the screening efficiency. The shaftless drum screen includes a feed hopper and a guide plate. The feed hopper is funnel-shaped to ensure that the material enters the drum evenly. According to the screening level, 1-4 discharge ports are set, corresponding to coarse materials, medium materials, fine materials and ultra-fine materials. The discharge port position can be distributed along the axial direction of the drum, or it can be set centrally at the end of the drum to facilitate the docking of subsequent material conveying equipment.

2. The roller and the roller or gear adopt rolling friction or meshing transmission, which significantly reduces the wear compared with the sliding friction of the traditional shaft screen. With the screen surface and drum made of wear-resistant materials, the service life of the equipment can be long, reducing the cost of replacing wearing parts.
