The main components of the double-shaft multifunctional shredder are:
Frame: welded with high-strength steel plates to ensure the stability and impact resistance of the equipment.
Double-shaft system: two parallel main shafts, with removable cutters installed on the surface, synchronously rotating in the opposite direction through gears or chains.
Cutter: Made of high-hardness alloy steel (such as Cr12MoV, D2, etc.), wear-resistant and impact-resistant, replaceable or repairable.
Screen (optional): Control the particle size of the discharge material. Some models can adjust or replace screens with different apertures.
Drive system: Motor + reducer (or hydraulic motor) provides low-speed and high-torque power.
Hydraulic system (optional): used for pushing, overload protection and tool gap adjustment.
Control system: PLC + touch screen to achieve automated operation, fault alarm and reverse protection.

2. The double shafts rotate in the opposite direction, and the cutters interlock to shear, tear and squeeze the material. The crushed materials are discharged through the screen (if any), and the unqualified materials continue to be crushed in a cycle.
3. Safety protection: When encountering super-hard materials or jamming, the PLC controls automatic reversal or hydraulic system pressure relief protection.
4. Modular tools: can be replaced separately to reduce maintenance costs.
