The Jaw Crusher is a heavy-duty, high-performance primary crushing machine engineered for the toughest applications. It forms the crucial first stage in mineral processing, aggregate production, and recycling operations worldwide. Working Principle (How It Works):

1.Feed: Material is fed into the top of the crushing chamber between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw.
2.Compression: The movable jaw, driven by an eccentric shaft, moves in an elliptical motion towards the fixed jaw.
3.Crushing: As the movable jaw moves closer, the material is progressively compressed and crushed against the fixed jaw.
4.Discharge: When the movable jaw retreats, the crushed material falls further down the chamber. Smaller particles pass through the bottom opening. Larger particles are subjected to further crushing cycles until they are small enough to exit.
5.Cycle: This reciprocating motion continues, continuously feeding, crushing, and discharging material.
